1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ck999 platform — whether through a web browser or the Android application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and ck999.

CK999 does not accept registrations from automated systems, bots, or any process that is not a genuine individual adult user completing the registration form in person.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ck999 account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. CK999 will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should change your password immediately and contact support. CK999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

Members in Bangladesh who share a mobile device with family members should take particular care to log out of their ck999 account after each session. Do not save your login credentials in a shared browser or on a device that other people can access.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on ck999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The payment methods available to members are displayed in the account dashboard after login. CK999 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. CK999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside ck999's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. CK999 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and is not an indication of any problem with your account.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on ck999 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each section of the platform. These rules are displayed within each section and should be read before placing any wager or starting any game session.

Sports betting markets — both pre-match and in-play — are subject to settlement rules that determine how outcomes are calculated and how wagers are settled. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the member will be notified by email. During a suspension, access to the account and any funds held within it may be restricted until the investigation is complete. CK999 will aim to complete investigations in a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the member.

Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. CK999 will explain the reason for closure and the treatment of any remaining balance in the closure notification.
